... does anyone use voice recognition software to transcribe notes to the computer? It seems like it would be a good way to review and get your notes typed more neatly.

If anyone uses it, do you have a program that you would recommend, that works well?

I tried using voice recognition software (not for classes, but for my job). This was about four years ago. I tried a couple different brands, and unless technology has improved greatly in the last four years, I would not ever recommend buying it. It takes as long to go through and correct all the misheard words and typos than it would to just to type it in, in the first place.
