Pay for ADN and BSN

Hi~

I know that this topic has been broched before but when I graduate with a ADN do the people who have a BSN get paid more than me?

I think that a nurse is a nurse regardless of how much schooling you have. At this point I can barely afford CC so I will be happy when I get accepted to the ADN program.

I do not make more than anyone is my agency. Actually I make less than a higher up with an ADN.

Hi. there is no difference in pay here in NC. The pay for a new ADN is pretty much the same as a BSN! As said before you can always get your BSN later. Here in NC, some schools have 1 year programs.

A classmate called one of the local hospitals the oher day inquiring about this very thing. That particular hospital only paid $0.25/hr more for BSN.
