Does your primary care NP or MD think you need some kind of physical restriction, e.g., lifting? If so, that could be an issue. We can't give medical advice here, so you should contact your primary care and ask whether yours is significant or not. If you don't have a primary care, go to the student health center and ask for an exam. If no restrictions, then, well, no restrictions.
As to work after nursing school, same thing applies. If you have restrictions placed on your physical abilities they may affect what jobs you can get. It is completely legal to make an offer of employment subject to passing a physical examination to determine if you are physically able to perform the physical requirements of the job.
