Orientation is today

Yeah..I remember those days...looking forward to starting....excited about learning "how" to be a nurse...Yeah....

Then I got in the program and learned that all I'm learning is to pass the boards...after that, I'm on my own....

I hope that you too had a great orientation today. I too was nervous as HECK when we had ours. I couldn't sleep well a few days prior, I didn't eat well, I didn't do much of anything except get my nerves all frazzled. Anywho, let us know you made it out without a scratch,ok.

Hi Kenny and everyone else. Kenny, I was the other Stacy who was sitting next to the Stacy you were talking to. I had the green sweater on. Sorry, I was so not myself today at all. I was feeling worse and worse as the day went on freezing with a fever and a sore throat. I was so sick that even my hair hurt. All I wanted to do was go home. I had talked to you online a while ago and I wanted to introduce myself to you but I still wasn't sure if you were upset about my comment when you told me in a pm about your screen name. I was really only kidding. How was your algebra final?

I wasn't nervous at all about today but I was stressing alot lately with not knowing what my school schedule was going to look like and how much I was going to have to rearrange my work schedule and how much the kids were going to be affected due to the rescheduling.

Everything for the most part seems like it's going to work out just fine and I'm sure I'll feel even better after my first day.

Stacy,

I'm not mad at you. I think that we all just had a lot of information thrown at us and we didn't get a chance to meet as many people as we would have liked. I mean we didn't get to meet the whole alphabet from A-K. Don't worry, though we will see each other quite frequently over the next 2.5 years until we get our degree. PM me with your schedule, I want to see if we have any classes together....that's the other cool thing, I don't have to worry about the schedule, they do that for me....it's awesome!!! Thanks everyone for all your replies and good thoughts. I'm starting to feel a little better today. I still have to go to the hospital and get my id badge and finish up the last of my chirstmas shopping. Kenny, I'm glad to see your not mad, I didn't think you would be but I wasn't absolutely sure. I'll pm you my schedule a little later.

Glad you're feeling better! Have fun getting everything done today. I'm supposed to go in and get my badge on the 4th, as well as do some computer training. I also need to finish up Christmas shopping. Lots to do!
