Nursing Outcome criteria/objectives for Pain

I'm doing a care plan for my assignment.

Pain r/t irritated mucosa from gastric secretion secondary to peptic ulcer aeb complaint of pain in the last 3-4 weeks.

(the person has been treated already, and is about to be discharge in 2 days)

this is my goal

Pt. will have decreased pain & pain management knowledge by end of clinical day.

my outcome/objectives so far:

Pt. will verbalize signs of symptoms of pain discomfort by indicating location, intensity, & the importance of pain medication during clinical day.

Pt. will verbalize satisfaction with pain management as shown by decreased pain from 8/10 to 2-3/10 during clinical day.

Pt. will state and describe 3 types of food/drinks which can lead to irritation of stomach and pain as a result during clinical day.

Pt. will describe 2 nonpharmacologic methods to manage and control pain while decreasing stress during clinical day.

and i just need a few more, (1 or 2) more objectives/outcome criteria for pain, the patient was dx with peptic/duodenal ulcer. and if you are generous, just add in an intervention with rationale for each. (dont worry about the 4 objectives i already listed, i already have interventions and rationales for each of them.
