I am so excited to apply for the Mayo Clinic externship of 2018. I have been dreaming of it since high school.

Best of luck to everyone who applies. I truly hope that all of the most passionate nurses will get in.

Hi everyone! I am so glad I found this forum. I am a nursing student from Mount Saint Mary College in NY and have also applied for the Mayo Clinic externship. Waiting to hear back is so nerve racking! In addition to finding this forum, I also read some things on a forum from last year. That forum gave all the information on how they pick the 50 people for the externship and the whole process. Of course things may be different this year, but I thought it was helpful to read all that information if you all would like to have a look as well.

How do you check your application status? My application isn't showing up when I log into my account.

I just tried to check my application status & it says my account has been temporarily locked. Is that happening to anyone else?
