maybe I won't need luck after all-sad news

Well, something interesting happened this evening. I got a phone call from one of the instructors before I left for my night class and it turns out that the HESI exam for Friday Morning has been cancelled. The reason is they have not received the test disks yet. They do not know what happen and they do not know when it will be re-scheduled. In a way that is good and bad. Bad because I was so ready to get it done and out of the way. Good, for my classmates who was wanting more study time. They were so happy, we were all talking about it in my night class tonight. Anyway, I am not going to need the good luck yet. I was so ready to get this off my mind. Oh well.

What a let down! I hate getting so psyched for something, and then it doesn't happen. That happened with one of our unit exams several weeks ago. Only our instructor gave the class a choice to put off the test for a week because we ran late in our lecture and would have to get the rest of the information the day before the test. That would put the test two days before our mid-term. I voted to take the test anyway, so we could get it out of the way and be able to focus our study time on the mid-term. I was outvoted by about 50-1!

Just do the best you can, and regroup when you find out what date it will be. I still wish you luck!

:D
