I got accepted to both IU East and Ball State, and I'm not sure which college to go to. Please help!

Both are good programs. Ball state has a slightly better reputation and might give you a hiring edge. However, Ball state is slightly more expensive by about $2,000.00 per year. Will you be commuting or living on campus?

I graduated from Ball State in 2002 with a degree in a different major. Ball State's campus is gorgeous, the class size was always reasonable (about 22/class unless it was a lecture hall) and the professors were there to help. If you haven't had a tour of either campus, I would suggest touring them. Talk to the nursing students at both schools, and see what the pros and cons are.

Best of luck in your decision!

If I go to Ball State, I will be living on campus. IU East, however, I'm not sure because 2015 will be the first year they offer apartments that are on campus.

I have visited IU East, and I really liked it, but I have not yet visited Ball State, but I do plan to do so.

And missmollie, how would I get ahold of the nursing students? Because I have thought about that but I was not sure how to get ahold of them?

I really appreciate your comments, thank you!

I would find out where the nursing building is and hang out there you'll meet someone.

Or when you schedule a tour, ask them specifically about meeting the nursing instructors and/or nursing students. Ball State will find you someone to talk to!
