I am just remembering a situation (many years ago),
in which regular home visits were made to a young
client. I was only in once myself, but it seems that
the young client did not want to provide the name of
his/her physician.
There would have been doctor's orders provided to the
agency (and it is possible that the orders came from a
different doctor - other than the patient's GP)
I do remember that I asked him/her and he/she declined
to provide the name of the physician.
Is it possible that the patient can withhold the name of
the physician (withhold the name from the nurses who
visit, but maybe provided it to the agency?)
