Hi, I am fairly new here but I love reading the posts, but I have a dilemma. I am taking fundamentals of nursing and pharmacology and we are in week 8 of 12 weeks of classes and we need to do a practice HESI for fundamentals and they are asking me questions about math and drip factors and medicine dilution. I haven't been taught this and we are supposed to be in pharmacology. Can anyone teach me or point me to an awesome, and fantastic web site that teaches all math for nursing. Apparently, I also need to know some formula for the pharm HESI. That is what my friend said who already took the pharm HESI. Please help and thank you.

dosagehelp.com is extremely helpful. You might try that.

You should also know common conversions such as:

1 ounce = 30 mL

1 tbsp = 15 mL

1 tsp = 5 mL

1 kg = 2.2 pounds

1 mg = 1000 mcg

1 g = 1000 mg

(etc.)

Good day,

In addition to dosagehelp.com as previously mentioned, I found

to be excellent for learning dimensional analysis.

Thank you.

Thank you, I will make time to use that.
