I am in need of help...

I just recently took my first nursing exam, mind you I have had 4 quizzes, fact based, and scored 100% on all of them...got to the exam and BOMBED it :crying2:

The questions were scenario based, some which had possibly 2-3 answers that could have been right.

Any advice? Study material? Tips? Anything?

Learning how to answer these type of questions is a skill we are all working at, don't worry you'll get better! : ) Get a good NCLEX study book that is divided by topic or body system (I have Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-RN Examination). Work on the questions that go along with what you are studying in class as part of your study strategy. I've even gone to Barnes and Noble and just sort of "camped out" practicing questions in the different NCLEX Review books they have. Be sure you read the rationales, even on the ones you get right. My textbook also came with resources that had questions, if your's did be sure and practice those too. Good Luck! You are going to do fine, just remember to learn the material but also practice questions that help you apply it. And if you do well in study groups try spending a few hours in one for each test quizing each other with that style question.

Depending on how helpful your instructors are, see if you can schedule time to go over the test and figure out why what you answered was wrong. Sometimes one on one time can give you some insight into how the teacher expects her questions to be answered.
