We are at one of our local health departments, where they have recommended that we do some sort of teaching for a local Boys and Girls Club. Apparently the club has really enjoyed this in the past. However, I'm at a loss as to where to start with this. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to design something interactive that these kids might actually enjoy? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Let them decorate healthy snacks like faces on celery with peanut butter. Or apple slices and let them do something with them. Print handouts about nutrition. Maybe incorporate exercise? Be creative and have fun with it.
