So i just finished my GE finalllly. pulled a all nighter for 2 days for patho final. So this was a week ago when I took all my finals and ready about to take my fundamental and all those. So im done and summer break started, so far i have like this brain fog for 5 days already. I cant think clearly, I can't concentrate/focus, I can't remember stuffs I probably won't even remember that i typed this after, I feel like im stoned and not part of this world anymore. It is kinda hard for me to sleep too. I have tried taking b12 vitamins for like 3 days already so for no progress. It is making my sad and i need my intelligence back for next week fundamental class. i tried to make doctor appointment but the appointment was way way too long. I am so frustrated, i cant even go out or hang out with my friends or enjoy the rest of my summer break. So if anyone suffered from brain fog please let me know how to get rid of it i am so desperate.

Yes, I do struggle with brain fog issues, but mine are due to longstanding hypothyroidism. I've been grappling with occasional brain fog since 2005.

Please go see a doctor. Your post was borderline incoherent. Do it before class and get some help.

I have experienced "brain fog" due to lack of sleep or after getting through a very stressful term. It is usually short lived and goes away after some rest and self-care. However, the way you wrote your post gives the impression that you might need more than that. I can only advise as other have already done here. See your doctor, especially if you are not experiencing any relief as the days pass. Perhaps you could ask your doctor's office to notify you of any cancellations where they could fit you in. Tell them it is important.
