Free Concept Map Template

Hi. I have to do a concept map for school. And my prof said I can find a template in Google, but I can't find it! I need the one with boxes, I know other schools do it differently. If anyone, can please send me a template for a concept map or show me where I can get one....please let me know! Thank you so much.
