I've had a fever all day and I feel like poop.

Nursing students, make me better!

Pop some aspirin!

Fill up your sink with some cool water and soak your wrists in it.

Use a cool washcloth and place it on the back of your neck.

Drink lots of fluids.

Rest.

If your fever is over 100.4, call the doctor!
