    I am a Barbadian living in Guyana and want to be a qualified nurse but the only options that I have are to study at the School of Nursing or the Greenheart Medical University's School of Nursing. the School of Nursing's tuition is lower but Greenheart leads to the Nclex examinations. I want to work anywhere in the world. Which Nursing course should I choose?
