See if this helps you. I was just as confused when I took my 1st Dosage Calculations Test too. After looking thru this document, I made a 100 on my test and finished it in 5-6 minutes just by doing division ( youll see how its easier to do it this way). I have saved this website to my favorites because it shows easier ways to do dosage calc, IV calc, etc. AND IT WORKS! I was just able to input the dr's order/avail into my calculator and get the SAME answer I would have doing it the long way. Heres the site... Hope it helps.

Thanks I printed this up for my own guide. I've always used ratio and proportion with all my dosage calculations and it works for me.
