Designing a "fitness for nurses" workout

If you were to get up a fitness for nurses workout plan, what would you include in it?

I would start the class with 10 straight minutes of walking, then bending over touching toes if you can (done in sets), then squats in sets (if you can), then somehow practicing lifting something from waist up to chest, along with yoga for back flexibility...I haven't been a nurse yet, but I assume these are the moves that nurses do all day that wear them down..

they walk alot, bend over alot, squat down alot, and lift up pt alot, and since so many complain about bad backs, i just think back strenght and flexibility is important...I want to be ready and so these are the things I want to work on.

comments/suggestions? Thanks.
