Critical Thinking resources ??????

Are you talking about testing for critical thinking skills? The NCLEX study guides can help you learn to become familiar with those types of test questions. So much gets written about critical thinking but to me I look at it as just good common sense. Its like the ABCs well it makes perfect sense that if the airway isn't patent you won't be breathing so not need to worry about circulation. Nursing critical thinking gets nurtured as we learn more skills but again I think it is mostly common sense. Good luck to you, Jules
