I've ordered from them from all over the world, and have used a Qatari HSBC MasterCard and a Saudi American Bank Visa card with them when I lived overseas. I don't know how much your shipping would be, but I do know they'll ship just about anywhere.
For the OP - I had problems with hypo/hypertonic solutions, and bought the pocket version of FLUIDS AND ELECTROLYTES MADE INCREDIBLY EASY. Brilliant - even has diagrams explaining what happens in the cells and vessels with electrolyte shifts. I highly recommend it if you find that's a problem for you.
(Yes, even with two years of chemistry, this is just one of those things I have problems with...how embarrassing....)

Another vote for Saunders, although I will tip my hat to Kaplan for a minute and say that if you can check out their (itty bitty skinny) comprehensive review, the first couple chapters are pretty helpful in just plain learning how to read the questions. You may be able to find it at the library, though, I wouldn't necessarily buy it just for that overview. Saunders is definitely the one to buy.

Saunders is great!!! However, I also found that the Review and Rationales
ISBN-10: 0130304573
ISBN-13: 978-0130304575 is a wonderful compliment to any med-surg book and a very helpful study guide and has NCLEX study tools. I would suggest getting the book w/o the vango notes.
Also the Straight A's
ISBN-10: 1582552843
ISBN-13: 978-1582552842 is a great book---good luck:)
