Any good Foundations of Nursing supplemental books?

I am taking my first semester of real nursing classes including Pathophysiology, Pharmacology, Foundations, and Health Assessments. Any good supplemental books especiall for Foundations? All I could find was the dummies series at Barnes and Nobles (for foundations). I like to have two types of aids.

Fundamental success was good, also get a nclex book if you don't already have one. I use Saunders.

I found one for nclex. I am using the illustrated one. I love visual aid stuff and it has little cartoons to remind you of hints and such. I will post a link later for it.
