Which journals have general teaching articles?

Nurses General Nursing

Hello everyone. I am interested in finding nursing or medical journals that have a lot of articles that are good for self-teaching. By that I mean articles that don't report on experiments or very narrow topics that are only beneficial if you have a lot of background knowledge - rather, the kind of article that is like a small digestible piece of textbook.

For example, I like the journal Neonatal Network because many of its articles have titles like "Overview of Down Syndrome" rather than something like "should ultrasound screening for Down Syndrome be done at 16 weeks or 17 weeks?" So I want to know if there are similar journals that aren't specialized in neonatalogy.

Thanks to anyone who can make a suggestion,

Nursing 2009 has some very basic articles.

As a nursing student I love the Nursing Made Incredibly Easy Journal. It has some really good articles, aimed at teaching. Great diagrams and illustrations too. I also have access to years of past journals on the website to look up any topics that I need clarification on.
