What are good sources for learning labs?

Hello,

I struggle understanding labs sometimes. I like things explained to me in the most simplest terms, nothing too complicated. Something easy for me to remember.

Like, what each lab represents, normal ranges, what elevated and decreased in them means, what it tells you about the patient, what diseases/conditions each lab is related to it, what labs to draw for certain diseases, etc.

or if someone can explain them here, that works too. I have a hard time with attention, I can't sit down for so long and read lengthy information, which is why I like things just straight to the point and simplified, or "dumbed down" lol. I know a few basics, like some of the electrolytes, CBC, RBC, etc. but at times I still struggle.

Thank you

Google "ICU FAQs" and the first section is called Labs. I've never laughed while learning about lab results, but this page made me laugh.
