Thanks for taking the time to read my bio. I'll keep it short and sweet.

Nursing Bio:
My nursing journey started 15 years ago when I graduated with an Associates Degree in North Carolina. After one year in a medical/oncology unit I moved to Florida where I've been working for the same hospital since 1992. I have a variety of med-surg and intermediate experience at this hospital to include trauma, neuro, telemetry and general med-surg. I am currently the day charge nurse on a busy dynamic med-surg trauma unit.
My basic philosphy of nursing is simple: human beings deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, helped to the maximum level of wellness regardless of financial status, race, religion, sexual preferences, age and lifestyle.
I was inspired and supported by my friends here at Allnurses to continue my long dream of getting my BSN. I finally graduated with my BSN August of 2007.
I welcome any and all comments both good and bad. Please feel free to message me at anytime.
