This Is Not Right!

this is not right! i work with this nurse who gets her school term papers written for her by co-workers. this nurse is an lpn in an associate degree program. this is the same the school i graduated from. one time she asked me if i could help her with one of her papers on schizophrenia, i told her i couldn't but gave her a paper i had written in school on depression years ago to use as an example. i gave her other papers that i were well written to follow the format. but it is obvious that she is not using them. for some of our co-workers, they write the papers for her.on saturday night, i watched a co-worker handed her a five page term paper. she did not hide it from me, she said "thank god i have some good friends to help me out". this is not the first time. i really feel it is very wrong but do not want to say anything. these are the big kahunas of the unit helping her out. they have been there for donkey years and have never experience nursing in any other place. this lady is always bringing them special foods and drinks.

should i say anything or just keep my lips zipped?.:nono::nono::nono:

Could the other nurse have proofread her paper for her before she turned it in? I always had my mom, an RN, proofread my papers in nsg school before I turned them in. I just see that there are other options based on what you are telling us and I would stay out of it, if shes cheating she won't pass her boards anyway.
