Surgical tech seeks advice from RNs

Nurses General Nursing

Published

I'm a surgical tech with 8 years of experience wanting to go back to nursing school. I am currently at a hospital that doesn't offer tuition reimbursement of any kind. Because of this, I am looking to make a change to a hospital that will support me in my return to school. So right now I guess I am trying to apply for a new job and also apply for a nursing program. Does anyone know which hospitals will help non-nurses go back to school? And if any of these hospitals are also connected to nursing schools? I am very motivated and will move where ever there is an opportunity, but I am located in California. Any advice would be a great help. Thanks
