I'm and RN with 5-6 years experience,pcu,Tele, case management. Charge nurse of a pcu. Anyway with that said, I'm moving to Ohio soon I have a fl nursing liciense, will I make the same or bettter? I heard Florida is a lower paying state? Anyone leave fl to move to Ohio?

You have to consider the cost of living in each state, rather than just comparing pay.
I have a friend who recently moved to Ohio, and she was amazed at how affordable it was compared to other states she's lived in.
