Relocating to Nashville from Canada

Hi fellow nurses,

This is my first post. I'm a Canadian nurse with 6 years of peds experience currently working in PICU in Montreal. I'm planning on relocating to Nashville to be with my fiancee. I've had multiple job interviews this past week and have job offers!! I'm seriously considering working at Vanderbilt Children's on the Pediatric Float Team (starting on PICU,PCICU, acute care floors). The only problem is that it's a night job! It seems they only hire external applicants on nights, and you transition on days. Anybody out there with some experience and/or advice?
