I am considering changing my job setting. Wondering if anyone can tell me typical base rate of pay for hospital employed nurses in the state of Iowa but also surrounding states as well. I would like to hear some specifics, other than typical online statistics. Any answers are appreciated and I would love to know specifics of certain hospitals, the atmospheres, pay, etc.
