Nurses General Nursing

Published

I understand burnout and all but at the same time I find more and more nurses who are at work to put in their time.

I started out seven years ago and all I want to do is give great care and have fun doing it.

I also know from the real view that healthcare is getting harder due to the shift in management and the financial drive but, the thing is.................................................................

WE ARE NURSES AND WE NEED TO FIND THE COMMON THREAD AND GRASP IT TIGHT,IT DOES NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE IF YOU ARE A NEW GRAD OR A SEASONED VETERAN ,AN LPN/LVN.RN.ARN,BSN, MSN SO LET US GET IT TOGETHER AND GIVE THE WORLD A WAKE UP CALL.

WE ARE NURSES

Oppsssssssss so I guess i just get tired like any one else but when you sign on for this ride give it your all.

Now then let finish by saying that there are alot of nurses out there who are passionate and care to the extreme so if you are among that legion please do not let the others who are fewer drag you down and turn you out.

We need one another as nurses and people.

Thanks for allowing me to vent

Do we dare show signs of like thoughts and actions?

What of a ribbon...........I am partial to the glove heads, but a little to large.

I'm not good with slogans, but I like the 'tude (attitude) here. How about a pin? with a big :) on it. No that's been done. But could be interesting.

We could call ourselves "the KY crew" and KY the grouchy co-workers. :saint:

Let's here some ideas from the creative people out there!!!!!!!
