ordering books online

Why is it that when I look up a book I need online it is the same edition but the publish date is different? For example the one I need is Basic Pharmacology for Nurses 13 th ed. 2004. But I do not find it!! Is this the same book I need?

I would think that the best way to find the exact book that you need is by having the ISBN #. Where have you looked for books online?

I did that. I searched amazon, half.com, barnes and noble.!!
