Online resources? (Meds/assessments etc..)

Hey everyone!

I was curious if anyone would be able to share websites that offer great information relating to nursing.

I was hoping to find a CPS online, other forms of medicine/rx information, assessments, lab values etc... to help guide me through my studies, rather than spending money on text books! I do have many text books, but I prefer online material.

I've found a few sites that offer 'good' information, but I was hoping to have some assistance with locating more benefecial websites!
