Hi all,

I work on how nursing theories guide to the nursing information system. I wonder if there are any electronic charting for nursing

documentations based on a particular nursing theory or not. If so, how nurses think about that system. If not, why they don't use it.

Although we do not recognize a specific nursing theory with our electronic charting, I would generalize and say that it closely resembles the wholistic approach - you figure out the theory
