Hi everyone! So I've been working at a nursing home for a little bit now as a new grad and I just aquired a position in a hospital!!! (Yay) I was lucky to get the job without my bsn which is rare nowadays... I'm in an RN to BSN program so I was planning on getting my bsn within a year. However, I doubt that I can finish in a year being that my new job is night shifts and I have to adjust accordingly. I told my nurse manager that I have about a year left so I'm worried that when that time comes I won't be finished and there will be a problem.
Has anyone had similar experiences?
Either way I'm so so excited about this new job so I need to stop working myself up over little things!
