I just received literature in the mail about a new diet drug, Zymax. (or I am assuming it is new, I have never heard of it). It claims to increases thermogenesis up to 600% and burn the stored fat first!
My question is:
Has anyone used it and how well did it work?
Is it one of those 'fad diets'?
Is it safe?
Is it something I will have to continue to take if I want to keep the weight off?
The way I understand fat tissue, those fat cells never go away unless you have them removed. So if this diet just shrinks the fat cells then they are able to increase in size the next time I have that BIG GREASY BURGER.:chuckle Maybe I have just answered one of my own questions.
