I've had plenty of calculations tests, but they were specific to my school. Is this some sort of national exam?

I got in the nursing program and start Monday. My fundamentals instructor said we have a math assessment and have to get a 90 and we have 3 tries We will have to leave the program if we do not make a 90.

"The" nursing program could be any of thousands. Mine usually consisted of 20-30 questions, but every program is different.

Specializes in Med-Tele; ED; ICU.

That should be a piece of cake, then. Three tries to get an A- in a topic comprised of middle-school mathematics shouldn't be a problem, I don't think.

Oh man, you guys have it EASY. We also had three tries, but we had to score 100% on the drug calc test to pass. Like someone else said, the test is probably specific to your school. I assume you had to pass college algebra to even get into your program? If so, drug calculations is a complete cakewalk compared to what you've done in the past.
