Hello all,

So I am going to be graduating nursing school in Ontario next month and plan on taking the NCLEX in June. Just to vent a bit, the hardest part to me is being a part of the first Canadian class year to have to take the NCLEX as it was CRNE in past years for us. It just sucks because I know none of the medications presented to me in the Kaplan tests, and lab values follow a different format than I'm used to. That being said, I have been reading threads on here that averaging 55-65% on Kaplan tests is desirable in predicting NCLEX success, however the following have been my scores so far, taking into account the Canadian-American divide in values and medication knowledge:

Diagnostic - 51.1%

Question Trainer 1 - 53.3%

Question Trainer 2 - 60.0%

Question Trainer 3 - 56.0%

Question Trainer 4 - 47.3%

As you can imagine I was pretty much alright with the scores I was getting before taking the fourth trainer this evening. I am just wondering if there is anyone out there who had had similar scores and were successful in passing the NCLEX-RN? Also, what resources would you suggest to learn American lab values and names to the Canadian named medications I have been learning about for the past 4 years.

Thank you for your help in advance.
