If you could pick a state, I am avoiding large urban areas, want nice med size hospital, good learning opporunity, university near by......
I am an ICU RN, Canadian and need to do my homework.
What are your suggestions? What are your experiences.....why is your place of work good-bad............ I would love to hear from you.
