How to start home based med transcription?

Help!!!!

I have been a stay at home mom now for about 9 months....I love it! I can't even think about going back to work and leaving my child with someone else. I have been looking into medical transcription. Can't find a whole lot about how to get started. I know the terminology, I am on ok typer. I need to know if I need any training, what kind of equipment to get, etc. Any help will be appreciated! Actually, I was looking into this profession before I got accepted into nursing school and I found the information on my own via Google. There are a ton of options out there and they usually have packages that include training and equipment, etc. It can be rather expensive, but your success ultimately depends on what you make it and the money you put out to get started you can definitely make that money back double-triple fold and more!
