Hernia Question

Would I still be accpeted if I had a hernia and now have another one? I have to fill out this medical form and it asks this question? Can they refuse to allow me to do this? I really need your input. Should I be straight up about it or hide it?

Sorry.I was in a hurry to post. I am accepted to Nursing school.I have a physical comming up and on the health form it has the hernia question on it. Sorry I wasn't clear.

They will probably ask you to get a note from your doctor saying its ok to participate in clinicals etc. due to the heavy lifting aspect....you may have to get it repaired before they'll let you participate...depends upon how bad it is..I think.
