Can you help me with this topic

Found only one nursing research article on this subject.

Does any one else have any information on this topic

Also trying to find a research tool to evaluate nursing students opinions about being mentees :rolleyes: any one know hopefully

where did you do your lit search? Cinhal has some great resources...

Our facility has ebsco lit serch -- check with a librarian to see if they can access that for you or perhaps FirstSearch. There's all kinds of info out there!

Keywords: mentor,mentorship, preceptor, team building, nurturance, coaching....
