Help needed with interview

Hi, I am a new member of allnurses. Got to learn a lot through the forums here. I have been a Registered Nurse for a year. I worked in an Aged Care. Last wk, I got called in for an interview at the hosp for a Surgical Nurse. I am very much interested to work in a hosp. However, I gave such dumb answers in my interview. I had only one clinical question. The rest were- what are your strengths and weaknesses? How will you work as a team? When do you think you will need a help while working? If there is anyone who you don't get along with at the work, how will you work on the shift? What are the changes you have been able to make at your workplace? I answered them that my strength is I can work like crazy and I am flexible. I realised it was such a dumb thing to say but I got all blank and couldn't think of anything. That was my first interview at the hosp and as expected I was unsuccessful. Could someone please help me with some skills to answer the questions? I am getting frustrated.
