I have applied for my Colorado license and they have received my application and have me assigned for the application review process. Can anyone tell me about how long it takes from that point until you actually receive your license? I think I have everything in order and there shouldn't be any complications.

I think it took them a few weeks to do mine, they go on a first come first

serve basis and some months are busier than others due to graduations from nursing school, I think. You can look on the online web site to see

if yours has been approved or not, it will show up there before you get

one in the mail. If you are new to Colorado, welcome!

Thanks for the info and the welcome.

Mine was less than 2 weeks, tho I came from a compact state. Not sure if that made it go faster or not - Co. was brand new to the whole compact thing at that point.

Thanks for the information. I was originally licensed in a compact state and I know my verification is on nursys so maybe it won't be too long. Appreciate the input.
