clinical final exams

Hi there,

I am a nurse educator from Vienna, Austria and I am looking for information on the subject of final exams on the ward.

The law on nursing and healthcare was changed in Austria two years ago and it says we have to take these clinical exams.Since we have no experiences on this subject, we'd like to have contact with other nurses, students or nurse educators, so they can give us tips on how to manage and arrange these exams. This exam takes place at the end of the three year-education program.
