Christus Versant Program at Santa Rosa

Hi there!!

I am a BSN student in east Texas, I am moving here to San Antonio in a few months, after graduation.

I applied for the Christus Versant RN Residency Program, did my phone interview, and got two interviews tomorrow face to face for ER and ICU.

I'm freaking out, I have not done any face to face interviews yet so I'm scared to death right no. I have no idea what to expect.

for those that have recently done this program and interviewing process, how intimidating is the panel interviewing process? Or how many people were in there interviewing? How long did it take? Did you get the job?? I'm scared to get in there and freeze and never get a chance to show my personality!

also how long does it take to hear back about an offer?
