I just got a call for a 6 panel interview. I'm really nervous. Has anyone interviewed with them in the past? Any tips or anything important I should know regarding CHI St. Lukes on what to expect at the interview?

I received a call also and wondering if anyone had interviewed yet. I was curious to find out how long the interview was and if they interviewed more than one person at a time during this 6 panel interview.

How was the interview?

it went great!

I thought it went really well too, I just wish it would have lasted longer. It was set up like a "speed dating" format. Each applicant had 9 minutes at each interview table and then 1 minute in between to transition. It was a little difficult to articulate everything you need to while showing your personality in that limited time. But it was really relaxed.

Yes I agree, I thought it went well. I do have to agree it was like speed dating. ha I guess we will find out next week if we made it!

Has anyone heard anything yet?

Nothing yet, how about you?

No. They said 7-10 days and they would let us know either way.

I received a call on the 24th! they did not mention the location or unit though

Hi! I realize this post is over a year old, but I've actually got a "6 panel interview" coming up with St. Luke's and I'm assuming it'll be like this. I was wondering if you had any advice on what I should expect? Interviews are terrifying to me and it's really hard for me to think of quick answers when I don't know what will be asked!! :/ I guess I just want to know if they throw any curve balls in there or were all the questions pretty much expected? Any advice is appreciated!!
