Botox Injection Business

I have heard that in many states an RN can perform cosmetic procedures injections, like Botox, without a doctor being onsite (using standing orders from a medical director only). I heard there is a company out there that teaches RN's how to do these kinds of things and how to make a business contracting his/her injection services out but I can not find it. My question is has anyone heard of this? Knows the company that teaches this? Or knows how to find out what states say that this is ok to do?
