not sure if I have a favorite "brand", I have a prestige medical one, and I wouldnt really recommend it. it doesnt work very well. If I was going to buy one again, I would get the kind that the dial is directly attached to the pumper. one handed use instead of trying to mess with your scope, plus two cords.

Don't buy the ones in Life Uniform...hey don't last very long. At least the ones I buy don't.
