Beautiful Upstate, NY anyone?

I currently live and work in Seneca County, however, I have, due to the extreme dissatisfaction that I have with my current situation, sent resumes to the following Syracuse, NY hospitals: Upstate, Community General Hospital and St. Joe's. If anyone on this board works/has worked in these facilities give me a little info about them. Do they treat their staff well, how indepth is their orientation, is the staff supportive of one another? I just hate the thought of leaving a bad situation for one that is somehow even worse!
