Baycare Mobile Pool/ Clearwater Area questions

Just wondering how well received nurses are through the baycare mobile pool. I am considering employment through this group. Does anyone have any pointers on insuring a good phone interview? I was told housing would be at Grand venezia. Does anyone know anything about this housing arrangement? I am going to be traveling with my husband and 2 daughters that are ages 3 and 9. We are considering relocating to the area but wanted to make sure it was a good fit for our family before we committed 100%. How are the schools in the area? My oldest child is in 3rd grade so she would be enrolling in a new school system. Any information would be greatly appreciated!!
